The Product Support Associate will provide empathetic customer service and support to Noteworth’s clinician and patient users as the first line of contact to ensure that they can make the most of our products. This person will exhibit an in-depth understanding of the very different needs and painpoints of our diverse users, possess an intimate familiarity with the various Noteworth products, and adhere to Noteworth’s branding and tone-of-voice guidelines in all communications.
Noteworth is seeking an Implementation Manager to help us successfully guide new clients from our Sales team through to the implementation process, including product launch, training and education, and ongoing account management.
The Mobile Product Manager will oversee the continued development of the Noteworth App (across iOS and Android) and has the demonstrated skills to make it happen. The Noteworth App is one of our core products, and the primary way that we collect patient-generated health data from patients, which drives all other functionality of Noteworth.
The Software Engineer will implement user interfaces and data visualizations that make complex data accessible and useful for patients and their healthcare providers. Your primary responsibilities will include developing front-end components of Noteworth’s web-based application, improving the user experience and visual elements, and working with our Engineering and Product teams to implement thoughtful data visualizations.
The Senior Android Engineer will make complex data accessible and useful for patients, their clinicians and healthcare organizations. Primarily, you would be responsible for developing and managing the Noteworth Android App, improving the user experience, functionality, and ensuring reliability and security.
