Noteworth is seeking a Program Manager who can manage the transition of new business from the sales cycle through to implementation, product launch and beyond, and has the demonstrated skills to make it happen.
As both a doer and a visionary, the Program Manager at Noteworth is expected not only to ensure that project timelines and deliverables meet client and internal requirements and that issues are identified and mitigated/resolved in a timely manner, but also that client satisfaction is achieved throughout the implementation process. The Program Manager will also also identify (and create) an implementation strategy(s) outlining opportunities for product and process improvement. Efficiency is key.
The Program Manager will, at a high-level, be responsible for working with other leads within the Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing teams to guide our most senior clients through successful implementations of Noteworth.
They will be expected to demonstrate a high standard of analysis and imagination that will lead to a repeatable, yet flexible product implementation process. They will need a history of translating learnings into strategies and tactics that solve complex business challenges.
Accountable for, in conjunction with the Customer Success Team, delivering a successful project, creating the foundation of the business relationship and successfully executing the delivery of additional revenue
Ensure consistent customer satisfaction during implementation by collaborating with client teams
Utilize project management skills to lead the implementation lifecycle: document and track milestones and deliverables, recognition/notification of risk indicators, and use of a feedback loop to provide actionable insights to the Noteworth team
Develop a product and service implementation strategy across various healthcare settings
Manage client feedback to internal teams in order to improve product features as well as increase efficiency of the implementation lifecycle
Work with Sales and Customer Success to collect client requirements for overall launch planning, execution, and success metrics review
Work with the Customer Success Lead in developing enrollment and ongoing client and patient engagement strategies for success.
Allocating resources based on project demand, proactively leading the identification and design and implementation of process improvements
Passionate about revolutionizing the healthcare experience with technology
Have 5-7 years in technical project management or client services setting (healthcare industry experience a major plus)
Are a highly skilled presenter with experience among senior-level clients
Have strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in the use of Asana
Above-average knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel in a project management setting
Are a tactician that can effectively represent their ideas persuasively among internal colleagues as well as clients
